XeSS will render the game's image at low resolution, then upscale the image using AI to a higher resolution with the same (or better) quality.
Intel has just introduced the Intel Arc A750 discrete desktop graphics card with the aim of providing gamers and content creators with a smoother, faster, and high-performance experience at a better price. The Intel Arc A750 has a clock speed of 2,050MHz, 8GB of 256-bit GDDR6 memory, 28 Xe cores (3584 ALUs - Arithmetic logic units, units of logic), 28 Ray Tracing Units (RTUs), and a thermal design power (TDP) of 225W.

Built on the Alchemist architecture, the Intel Arc A750 integrates technologies such as Xe Super Sampling (XeSS), Intel Deep Link, real-time ray tracing, hardware AV1 encoding acceleration, and overclocking support.
XeSS is an AI image processing technology researched and developed by Intel to take advantage of the performance of discrete graphics cards (GPUs). XeSS will render the game's image at low resolution, then upscale the image using AI to a higher resolution with quality equivalent (or better) than the original resolution. Thanks to this processing method, the performance of the Intel Arc A750 when processing games will be faster. Currently, XeSS technology is available on more than 35 different game titles and will be supported on more game titles in 2023.
With support from Intel Deep Link technology features, users can harness the power of systems equipped with Intel Core processors and Intel Arc graphics cards. Dynamic Power Share uses algorithms to dynamically allocate power between the CPU and GPU based on the application in use.
Hyper Encode helps content creators shorten video rendering times and maximize creativity, while Hyper Compute speeds up video and image processing applications by leveraging AI accelerators like the XMX engine on Intel Arc and Intel Core systems.
In addition to supporting popular formats, Intel Arc is the world’s first graphics card to support hardware acceleration of AV1 encoding with the Xe Media Engine. Intel Arc helps content creators stay ahead of the curve when creating and playing AI-enhanced videos at resolutions up to 8K. Additionally, Intel is actively working with partners to optimize applications when running on Intel Core and Intel Arc systems.
Users with Intel Arc A750 graphics cards can use Arc Control, which is built into the driver, to get a more stable experience. Arc Control is where users can monitor and adjust to optimize Intel Arc A750 and gaming performance. For users who want to explore and exploit the power of Intel Arc A750, Arc Control provides customizations for users to set, such as GPU Performance Boost, GPU Voltage Offset, GPU Power Limit, and GPU Temperature Limit.
